U-Track is a railway infrastructure monitoring and geo-tagging platform designed for official use in railway projects, including track laying, fiber cable installation, electrical junction implementation, and related infrastructure activities.
By accessing or using U-Track, all users agree to comply with these Terms. If a user does not agree with these Terms, access to the system must be discontinued immediately.
2. Authorized Use
2.1 U-Track is strictly intended for authorized railway project operations.
2.2 Only registered vendor personnel, contractors, project supervisors, railway officials, and approved administrative users may access the system.
2.3 Access credentials are issued based on official project authorization.
2.4 Unauthorized access, credential sharing, or impersonation is strictly prohibited.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
All vendor users operating under railway contracts must:
3.1 Submit accurate and truthful geo-tag data.
3.2 Ensure that uploaded photographs represent actual site conditions.
3.3 Avoid manipulation of GPS coordinates or time-stamped entries.
3.4 Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
3.5 Comply with railway project guidelines and contractual obligations.
Any falsification of data may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant railway authorities.
4. System Usage Rules
Users shall not:
4.1 Attempt to bypass security mechanisms.
4.2 Use mock GPS applications or location spoofing tools.
4.3 Extract, copy, or download project data without authorization.
4.4 Reverse engineer, modify, or replicate any part of the U-Track system.
4.5 Use the platform for non-project-related activities.
Violation of these rules may lead to termination of access and legal action.
5. Data Accuracy and Accountability
All geo-tag submissions and project updates are logged under individual user accounts. Users are fully accountable for entries submitted through their credentials. Audit logs and activity tracking mechanisms are implemented to ensure transparency and traceability.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
U-Track, including its software architecture, design, source code, interface, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Vxtry Infotech Industry Pvt. Ltd. No rights or ownership are transferred to users or vendors.
Unauthorized duplication, distribution, or reproduction of any system component is strictly prohibited.
7. Service Availability
Vxtry Infotech Industry Pvt. Ltd. shall make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted service availability. However, system downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, security enhancements, or unforeseen technical issues.
The company shall not be held liable for temporary disruptions beyond reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vxtry Infotech Industry Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for:
8.1 Incorrect data entered by vendor users.
8.2 Project delays caused by inaccurate reporting.
8.3 Damages arising from misuse of the platform.
8.4 Losses resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence.
9. Suspension and Termination
Access to U-Track may be suspended or permanently revoked in cases of:
9.1 Breach of these Terms.
9.2 Data manipulation or fraud.
9.3 Security violations.
9.4 Misuse of railway project information.
Termination may occur without prior notice if serious violations are detected.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with U-Track shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
11. Amendments
Vxtry Infotech Industry Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to comply with legal, operational, or railway project requirements. Updated Terms will be published within the U-Track portal.
